Support client groups with end-to-end recruiting processes including, but not limited to scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements and reserving conference rooms with speed and efficiency. ?
Create and distribute employment-related correspondences. ?
Communicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notifications. ?
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times. ?
Produce ad hoc recruiting reports. ?
Perform administrative duties as required to support the recruiting team. ?
Work closely with other coordinators on the team to constantly refine the process.
