Real Estate Specialist VA

I am looking for someone who is extremely meticulous and detail oriented, well versed in interpersonal communications skills, has a knack for thorough research and is extremely process driven, and is good at customer service.

I have set processes for all my operations.

The role includes,

- Daily Market Research (will teach you exactly how)
- Updating Research material on excel
- Daily calls to customers and asking them FAQs to begin the negotiation process. You will be first point of voice contact.
- Follow up email after every call.
- Draft Sale & Purchase offers on property (these are legal contracts that require a lot of attention to detail)

I am looking for someone who has prior experience in real estate but is looking to grow. These will be great skills for you to learn where you are in the world.
