Senior Digital Designer

THE ROLE:

What you will do:
• Conceive and build identity systems from the ground up, helping to create the visual elements for our clients;
• Work closely with team members to realize print, packaging, motion, and 3D executions;
• Assist senior teammates on design projects from brainstorming and initial concepting through final production;
• Have the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple graphics projects at once. Use time effectively & efficiently;
• Clearly communicate questions and/or ideas to improve & develop the creative creation process;
• Follow creative creation processes and recommend advancements and/or tools where relevant;
• Take input, critique, and advice from team and client to move a project forward;
• Contribute to a positive, creative, and supportive atmosphere.

We expect you to:
• With 3 years experience as a Graphic Designer for a Branding team;
• Have a portfolio of digital designs to showcase;
• Have previous experiences studying and/or working in Digital Marketing;
• Have in-depth experience with Photoshop, & Illustrator. Some experience with Adobe Premiere & After Effects would be a bonus;
• Be confident to present and defend his/her works;
• Be good at researching for inspiration and references;
• Be keen on details;
• Be flexible to work with different clients/industries;
• Be fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be able to present works to clients in meetings.

Nice to have but not required:
• Work experience in eCommerce;
• Basic knowledge of web design layout;
• Can assist or handle photoshoots (we usually do virtual shoots).
