JOB OVERVIEW

Greek House is awarded as one of the fastest growing private businesses in the US by the Inc. 5000 and is looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our family. Our software development team works in four different time zones so it is important that you have a general all-around skill set with good communication skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels of the business.


Responsibilities:
- Learning business processes and their implementation with the current software
- Elicit requirements based on input from end-users, product managers, user experience and subject matter experts
- Prepare and maintain the necessary project documentation (e.g. specifications)
- Document requirements into Epics and User Stories using agile methodologies
- Work with product managers and business users to prioritize the backlog
- Work with the development team on the implementation of the software enhancement
- Serve as Production support where necessary
- Perform business process modeling or improvement on an as-needed basis
- Work with end-users to perform User Acceptance Testing
- Conduct training sessions as needed
- Work with cross-functional teams i.e., Growth Team and provide support where necessary

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 1 year of business analysis and related experience
- Agile experience is a must
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot and Database Management is a HUGE PLUS.
- Previous experience on Growth teams or contributing to Growth programs preferred.
- Experience with project management preferred.
- Business Analyst certification (CBAP/CCBA) is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with tools, methodologies, and best practices for both project management and business analysis
- Strong ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal & written) and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent analytical skills, well-organized and with a keen eye for detail


Work Setting:
We require all our team members to use time and task tracking software on their computers for time tracking. Please read more about this and confirm that you understand and agree to use it before applying for a position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Pacific Standard Time

Employment Type: Full time 40 hours/week, Permanent

Location: Remote – Work From Home Permanent
