Multimedia Designer needed full-time for a fun, high-vibe personal development company. (Video Editor, Graphic Designer)

We have been in business since 2005, and already have a several Filipinos working on our team, whom we love!

We are looking for a new Multimedia Designer to join our team full-time! You'll be creating a lot of videos and graphics for advertising our classes (on all social media platforms), as well as sprucing up some of our handouts, creating logos for new online courses, and more. :)

The hours would be on a US schedule, Mon-Fri starting at 8:00 am Pacific. (We can be slightly lenient on the start time which we can discuss if you would prefer to start a little earlier or later)

We need someone who:

* Has a love for working with Videos, Animation, Graphics, ---------- s, and all things with digital design (especially for social media)!
* Has a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Multimedia Designer.
* Has experience with creating Instagram stories and Tick-Tock videos
* Is very comfortable with Adobe After Effects, as well as Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator
* Proficient at generating original designs (not copied from other artists)
* Has a backup internet plan (like a hotspot) if the internet goes down. Bonus if you have a back-up generator/battery if power goes out.
* Has a positive attitude, takes feedback well, and implements things that you learn
* Is detail-oriented, insists on things being aligned and linear with design work (attention to detail)
* Loves to give 110%, is interested in a full-time, long-term career, and growing with an amazing, positive ---------- t someone who does just enough to get by.
* Is comfortable working on TimeDoctor (similar to TimeProof).
* Is very trustworthy, honest, asks a lot of questions for clarity rather than guessing, is reliable, and will communicate with us right away if there are any issues, concerns, or questions.

We are looking for someone who wants to stay with us long term.
