What we are looking for:

Bookkeeper
- Quickbooks desktop experience
- needs 3+ years experience
- good at reconciliation

Accounts Receivable
- reaching out to Clients before and after the due date
- double-checking AR is correct
- good English writing skills and speaking

Mandatory Qualifications:
Have at least 3 years of experience in accounting
Understand GAAP accounting standards
Have Experience using QuickBooks or another business accounting platform
Have some experience working with payroll and tax agencies
Advanced knowledge on using Excel and Google Sheet
Can work full-time

Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work efficiently without close supervision and under time pressure
Strong verbal and written English skills
Good analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Meticulous attention to details
A team player
