Title: Recruitment Specialist

Type: Permanent position, Full Time
Target work week: 40 hours a week between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Reports to: CEO and Operations Manager
Location: Virtual - Work From Home
Salary Range: Starts at $1,500/month

Grow Enrollments is looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist responsible for partnering with stakeholders to understand the human resource needs and candidate requirements, execute the sourcing strategies to provide quality talents, and help manage an all-inclusive, streamlined, and objective recruitment process.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate directly with CEO and department heads to gain a deep understanding of company's structure, goals, and gaps to execute on providing talent needs that will help drive business impact
- Lead a full-cycle recruitment process from drafting job offers to negotiating contracts
- Develop and execute effective and efficient sourcing strategies to engage and nurture a diverse market of talents
- Screen, qualify, and interview prospective candidates whilst ensuring to facilitate a high-quality candidate experience
- Develop and run an interview process that is efficient, thorough, and inclusive, and partner with stakeholders to assess candidates objectively
- Identify opportunities to solve problems and improve the overall hiring process with a focus on scalability, diversity, and inclusivity
- Promote a positive team environment of equality and inclusion
- Active communicator to make sure stakeholders are always in the loop
- Effective communicator to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of time through miscommunication and able to establish rapport with candidates and employees at all levels
- Team leadership to ensure all tea ---------- mbers work towards the same goal

Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist (any industry is fine)
- Immaculate spoken and written English.
- Great reading comprehension
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Meticulous organizational skill - able to organize information and track priorities
- Excellent Research and Analytical Skills - able to find the latest trends or data needed to solve a problem. Being able to research a topic assigned and summarize the most important elements.
- Skilled in generating and presenting reports
- Resourceful - can find solutions independently
- Technical - able to learn new tools without much effort
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great customer service - able to manage difficult situations and difficult people
- Independent - Go-getter / Self-starter - does not need to be micromanaged
