We are looking for a highly motivated customer service specialist to assist the company in providing excellent customer service to our existing, as well as new clients.
Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems

Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills..
Strong de-escalation skills
Sound time-management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and outlook
