Real Estate Brokerage Recruitment Specialist

Hey! 


We are a growing Real Estate Team working with eXP Realty, our main goal is to recruit new agents and we are just launching this campaign that is dedicated toward attracting new agents. How we do this is twofolds: we generate online leads and reach out via Social Media Outreach (Facebook and ---------- using automation tools). Your task is to qualify them, nurture and build relationships with these agents which eventually turns them into an introductory meeting with our clients.


Your daily tasks would be: 

- Call and respond to Text Messages from Leads. 

- Daily Followups

- Send daily overview on Slack. 


We offer a great payment structure that rewards performance. You can earn more than double your salary.
