Hey!
We are a growing Real Estate Team working with eXP Realty, our main goal is to recruit new agents and we are just launching this campaign that is dedicated toward attracting new agents. How we do this is twofolds: we generate online leads and reach out via Social Media Outreach
Your daily tasks would be:
- Call and respond to Text Messages from Leads.
- Daily Followups
- Send daily overview on Slack.
We offer a great payment structure that rewards performance. You can earn more than double your salary.
When Responding, please answer these questions:
1. What experience do you have calling and vetting potential home owners to see if they might be interested in selling their property? Please detail.
2. Are you available to make calls 3-8pm EST time Mon-Friday? And are you available weekends?
3. Are you currently working any other jobs?
4. What is your biggest strength as a contractor? What are you amazing at?
5. What is your biggest weakness as a contractor? What do you prefer to avoid doing?
6. Lastly, Please provide a link to a voice recording of yours that is at least 30 seconds long below
Since our team is expanding, this also opens up the opportunity for future growth. As we would like to ideally offer a managerial position (starting at $1200 USD.) and larger incentives for team performance. This is GUARANTEED in the future for the person we hire.
