Need full time VA

Looking to hire a VA for a long term job. Must be able to do the following:

- create and setup simple 3-5 page websites on Wordpress
- create new google account and add analytics and webmaster tools to each site
- write quality content for each site and submit sitemap in webmaster
- create manual web 2.0 links for each new site
- Must be able to do some outreach to businesses on 2nd page. Will give further instructions
- Basic graphic design like creating simple logos or flyers
- Post 2-5 ads per day on craigslist.
- Manual blog comments on niche related sites of the money site
