IT Support Technician level 2/3 (Microsoft Sharepoint/Azure)

We are a managed services IT Support company who manage medium sizes businesses IT support and migrations.

We are looking for an experienced IT Support technician or engineer who can provide helpdesk support and configuration of general IT Systems but with a focus on Microsoft, to include:

- Microsoft office 365
- Server and Desktop Support
- experience with Virtalisation is a must
- Experience with SharePoint is a must
- Experience with Microsoft Azure

The ideal candidate will have some experience with network configuration (switches, routers and firewall)

The ideal candidate will have experience with network technology such as VOIP

You will work as part of a remote team and be a valued member of the technical team.

English written and spoken must be excellent as this role requires phone and email support and online web meetings.
