Auto Pros Collision Center is a rapidly growing autobody shop located in Phoenix, Arizona. The autobody shop focuses on vehicle repairs and is seeking 2 full-time virtual administrative ---------- pensation:
• $606/month USD

Responsibilities:
• Set up auto insurance claims for new clients
• Call insurance carriers and check on liability status for claims
• Set up rental car reservations for clients
• Call insurance carriers and verify estimate approvals and delivery of payments
• Call insurance carriers and arrange for inspections of vehicles

Skills/Requirements:
• Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail
• Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
• Strong time management skills
• Effective planning and execution ability
