HR Specialist - Recruitment & Employee Engagement

The HR Specialist will be responsible for smooth & continuous execution of different internal processes within Human Resources. He/she will be primarily responsible for end-to-end recruitment and employee engagement.

Recruitment & Hiring

-Completes assigned manpower requirements on time by executing end-to-end recruitment for various internal and external projects.
-Posts job vacancies, sourcing, recruiting, and pooling.
-Maintains and updates database of applicant.
-Conducts paper screening, phone screening, and initial interviews of candidates for Rank and File up to Specialist/Supervisory/Managerial positions.

Employee Engagement

-Champions the vision and mission of the company, exhibiting its culture and values.
-Spearhead Employee Programs projects aimed to promote camaraderie, including rewards and recognition across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications
-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree Human Resources Management / Psychology / Business / Marketing OR equivalent.
-Preferably with at least 1 year related working experience.
-Strong English written and oral communication skills are required.
-Detail-oriented, goal-oriented.
-Can work under minimal supervision.
-Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City. (Currently in WFH setup)
-Can start ASAP
