Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff, organizing and monitoring the whole IT operation.
Supervise the administration and maintenance of the core IT infrastructure, including network, SAP B1, devices, document-delivery, remote-working and server hardware, minimizing disruption and ensuring business continuity
Supervise and monitor projects by regularly coordinating with the project managers.
Consults with IT Manager and upper-level management to understand computing needs, recommending and implementing hardware, software, applications, and services to meet
Assists with troubleshooting of complex and specialized problems and needs.
Provides technical advice, training and assistance to staff as needed.
Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.
Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
Evaluate and assign tickets to IT Officers thru ticketing system
Act as a liaison between the project managers and IT Manager
Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members.
