General Marketing / Virtual Assistant

Job purpose: Create a marketing program that changes the way companies think about their culture and establishes Oasis Northwest as the experts in our industry.

Job description: Creating website and digital marketing materials to implement and refine our strategic marketing plan.

The ideal fit is someone who:
Takes great pride in their work
Is willing to learn
Communicates when there is a problem
Makes suggestions to make things better

What you’ll be doing:
Redesign our website, page by page
Create digital materials for social media and direct mail
Create landing pages
Create education materials (pdfs, e-books, scorecards, etc)
Add blog page to website

There will also be some general VA responsibilities:
Creating weekly/monthly reports
Working daily in our online inventory system
E-mail management
Work with company president on projects
Reminding tea ---------- mbers of tasks due

Not required, but helpful if you have experience with the following:
SEO
Hubspot
Asana
Social media (FB, LinkedIn)
Google Ads
MS Outlook & Excel
