Marketing Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and awesome Social Media/ Digital Marketing Manager (aka our Marketing Hero) to be part of our growing team!

JOB PURPOSE
This role would primarily do Social Media Management and overall Marketing for the company. This is a strategic role and will be critical in helping the company reach its financial goals.
This role will also be responsible for assisting the CEO and the Project Manager in the daily crucial supporting role - ensuring projects, tasks, timelines, and deliverables are met.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably 2+ years experience as an Online Admin/ Virtual Assistant
- Preferably 2+ years experience in Social Media Management & Digital Marketing
- Knowledge about effective Marketing strategies & proven expertise in marketing/ sales
- Knowledge & experience in creating marketing/ sales funnel
- Excellent graphics design is a plus
- Basic video editing skills
- Knowledge of Webflow is a plus
- Knowledge in SEO/ Google analytics is a plus

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Social media marketing – content planning, creation, posting, and overall management
- Managing the company's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, ManyChat, and YouTube accounts
- Social media metrics management (weekly reporting, creating goals, tracking performance, analysis, action planning, implementation, etc)
- Graphics design (We use Canva so it’s pretty easy, but a plus if you know how to use Photoshop)
- Video editing and creation (We want to focus on getting a lot of videos out).
- Email marketing experience is an advantage, preferably knows how to use Ontraport
- Creating proposals and completing Projects related to Social media & marketing
- Creating proposals, goals and completing projects related to social media & marketing
- Attending regular meetings/ check in w CEO and/or the Project manager
- Other tasks to be assigned by the CEO/ PM

Plus Skills
- Experience in using Asana, Toggl, etc. and other tracking tools
- An eye for upleveling, organization, and automation (We’re organized and looking to get even better)
- Team player and a pleasure to work with (We treat each other as a family here)
