Hi there, my name is Welton Hong and I’m the owner of Ring Ring Marketing ( ---------- ). We help locally based home improvement and funeral home companies across the US and Canada with their digital marketing. We help these businesses with website design, Google Ads, SEO, Local search and social media marketing. Our main job is to make their phone ring.

Ring Ring Marketing is looking to add a key member to the Local SEO team. We are seeking a highly detailed individual with strong customer service skills.

Job Purpose:
Provide excellent service to clients in matters related to Local SEO work, take full ownership of assigned tasks, and strive to continuously contribute to local ranking efforts and client success.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1. Client Support:
• Communicate with clients daily via email to answer their questions, gather necessary information, coordinate verifications, or other related matters.
• Provide excellent, professional service through all client interactions.
• Help support Account Managers with any questions, concerns, or requests their clients have related to your responsibilities within the Local SEO department.
• Contribute to Local SEO initiatives aimed at providing our clients with the best possible results in their marketing campaigns.

2. Local Citation Work:
• Complete assigned business listings/citations for all Local SEO clients.
• Monitor listings for business information changes that may occur. Correct and update citations as needed.
• Contact Customer Support at various business directories to troubleshoot issues as needed.

3. Continuous Learning-- Latest News/Industry Changes:
• Attend daily lineup meetings and weekly Department meetings to learn news, trends, rankings, updates, initiatives, strategies, etc.
• Attend webinars as required, related to Local Search and Local SEO.
• Read articles/books/news related to Local Search and Local SEO, as assigned by management.

4. Attend Company-Wide Meetings and Team Building Activities:
• Attend company meetings, utilizing web cam and headset to interact with tea ---------- mbers and actively participate.

5. Perform other duties as needed to provide quality service and results for clients.


Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
•Minimum internet speed of 10mbps.
• Ability to work 8am – 5pm central time. Schedule is strict with no flexibility.
• Willing to install Time Doctor app, which ensures productivity by tracking work hours, keyboard activity, and mouse movements.
• Online Marketing experience preferred, especially in the areas of Local SEO, social media, and citations.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Experience providing professional support to customers/clients via phone and email required.
• Friendly and professional phone & email demeanor required.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with a keen eye for finding errors or discrepancies that many people would overlook.
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise and independently discover solutions.
• Excellent computer skills required. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word required.
• Experience maintaining detailed computer records/spreadsheets/documents preferred.
