Description of role

This will start as a contract position (paid hourly), however we are expecting it to be a long-term position, not a one-time gig.

We are also open to considering making this a permanent salary position to the right candidate.

You will spend most of your time working with our team, developing websites especially WooCommerce systems.

You will work remotely from your home office or local co-working space (using your existing computer). We have a tight team, and you’d be welcomed to the family.

Daily communication happens using email, Zoom, Loom, Basecamp, and MSN Messenger. Just kidding with the last one, we use Skype for chat!

As we are a remote-first company, a fast Internet connection that supports video chat is ---------- ’s hard to look professional if you look like a semi-frozen Picasso portrait on video chat.

Required Technical skill set

We expect you to have experience using the following:

At least 3-5 years of experience in developing brochures and eCommerce websites on Wordpress
Should be able to do all custom development. We build websites on the Studiopress Genesis framework. Sorry, we don't use any ready-made templates.
Should be able to write scripts.
Expert on GRAVITY FORMS (Should be able to customize it).
Knowledge of Mailgun or SendGrid required.
Should be well experienced and trained in using Figma, Photoshop, InVision, and illustrator tools.
Should be available for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate should be able to develop sites on a Custom theme. DO NOT apply if you don't have experience in Custom development.
