Patriot Family, LLC is looking for a marketing specialist to join our team! This individual will offer strategic and creative advising on marketing and social media for the company, AND implement those ideas. This includes:

- Posting Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn content
- Creating and managing social media paid ads
- Advising on and assisting with website edits and re-design
- Altogether managing our online presence

Applicants should be highly experienced, and be ready to not simply "follow directions" but to take the lead in our marketing efforts. We need new ideas, fresh perspective, and someone who knows the marketing industry to help us GROW!

Along with application, applicants will need to complete the following 'test-tasks' and submit via message.

- Describe specifically how you would increase our engagement on social media platforms, especially Instagram, including what you think our #1 problem is.
- List 3 things that you see other real estate investment companies doing on their website that you believe we should be doing and WHY this is important to our marketing growth.
- Create a mock Facebook ad for Patriot Family -- with copywriting.
