We are a leading service provider of home healthcare and durable medical equipment and supplies. We specialize in CPAP, oxygen, complex rehab and mobility solutions and offer four convenient locations in Yakima, Selah, Sunnyside and Ellensburg Washington.
Our fast-growing Team is looking for skilled and motivated Customer Experience agents, just like you.

Our Perfect Tea ---------- mber has to have:
• Minimum of 1 year of Customer Service Experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills - both verbal and written
• Strong command of grammar
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Medical field experience is a PLUS!
• Adaptable to changes in work environment
• Competitive and enjoys a fast-paced work environment
• Reliable Internet Connection (Backup ISP is also required!)
• Reliable Working PC
• Designated and Neat workstation
• Must be able to communicate via Zoom Video, Phone and Email
• Must be flexible with work schedule
• Exceptional Time Management and Organizational skills
• Willing to work during PH Holiday

Here is a glimpse into a typical week on the job:
• Answering calls for Howard’s Medical
• Work independently; manage time and multi-task.
• Communicate regularly with patient, elderly, Nurse, Doctors Office
• Convey solutions and provides help to Patient regarding medical supplies
• Attend tea ---------- etings for update and cross-training with fellow tea ---------- mbers

Work Hours:
• Full Time Positions
• Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM PST (11 PM - 8 AM PH)
• Weekend Off (US Time and Day)

Compensation/Perks:
• $35,000 PHP
• 13th month Pay
