Content Writer / Content Marketer

We're looking for a talented content writer/content marketer with strong marketing experience creating and executing best-in-class content strategies. We are fast-growing residential moving & storage business in Austin, TX and you'll be working directly with the core leadership team. Here's the team: ----------

This is a full-time role starting ASAP for the right candidate.


The Role
- You'll be responsible for researching, outlining, and writing SEO content (blogs, web pages, home pages, comprehensive guides & more) that will captivate and engage online readers.

- You must have an above-average grasp of English (impeccable writing), and be able to show up for deadlines consistently.

- We look for savvy content writers that are creative, GREAT at researching, and ABLE TO WRITE A VARIETY of topics including the moving and storage industry, residential real estate, and capable of creating long-form guides (city guides, moving guides, packing guides) like these guides:

Content Marketing
- You have 4+ years of content writing, you're confident in your ability to create, project-manage, execute, and iterate on content-focused campaigns, knowing how to get the most out of every piece of content

- You have a combination of SEM/SEO knowledge with a background in analytics, A/B testing, and general marketing

- You know how to drive growth through B2C and B2B brand and content marketing with a focus on customer acquisition and lead generation

General Marketing and Email Marketing
- You'll help plan and execute email, SMS, and other written marketing strategies
- You have email marketing experience with email platforms like MailChimp or ConvertKit
- Preferred experience with social, PPC, and ability to create ad copy and work with a creative team
