Job Description:
? Calling the leads to set up an appointment, follow up or nurture
? Ensure all calls are properly documented in the CRM
? Admin Tasks - data entry

? Basic Knowledge in Google Apps and Microsoft Office
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

? Contact Rate: 20%
? Appointment Rate: 3%
? Show Up Rate: 70%
