PHP Full Stack Developer - Part Time

Job Description
JetWebinar is a fast-growing software company in the video conferencing space. We are looking for a freelance/part-time PHP Developer who is dedicated to the craft, writes code that they are proud of, and can hit the ground running.

You will be a part of a full-stack creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, to developing, testing, and launching.

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for someone we can add on a part-time/freelance basis at this time.

Our team is fully remote and you will be working with clients and teammates around the world. We are looking for developers who are passionate about solving problems, remaining flexible in an ever-changing environment and are customer-focused.

Responsibilities
- Write “clean”, well-designed code
- Produce detailed specifications
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle
- Follow industry best practices
- Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
- Work in a remote team environment using Agile practices

Requirements
- Proven software development experience in PHP
- Understanding of open source PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter and Laravel
- Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, etc
- Good knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL, version control tools (Git), and developing web services
- Experience in common third-party APIs and integrations (Google, Facebook, eBay, Stripe, Marketo etc)
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
- Experience with video and audio application development, Cloud Server Architecture and Management, and Mobile Web Development
