We're Hiring a Project Manager

I am looking for a long term project manager for a e-commerce website that sells digital products. Must be good at organizing things and getting projects done.



RESPONSIBILITY

- Beginning with the end in mind- what do you want to accomplish and why?

- Scheduling Project Task and making sure everybody is on task.

- Execute ideas fro ---------- eting to results

- Update SOPs

- Help me with personal tasks (e.g. scheduling mtgs, booking travel, etc…)

- Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often)

- Create Reports of KPIs



RESULTS

- Projects and Sales Completed on Time

- Organized Asana Projects

- Clear and Detailed SOPs

- Proactively identify, manage, report, and escalate program or project risks.

- Manage project schedule, budget, resource, and quality constraints.

- Produce project-related documents, including project plans, status updates, client presentations, meeting agendas, etc..

REQUIRMENTS

- Communicate with Asana and Slack

- Experience being a project manager (Preferably E-Commerce)
