ROLE
We are looking for an expert customer service representative with experience working in E-Commerce. We Currently have on experienced member on our customer service team and we are looking to add a new member.
You will be trained by our current customer service representative. When you apply include the word blue and tell us about your previous customer service experience.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Answer tickets through Helpscout. You can make saved replies for the most common
- Respond to customer request on Helpscout in perfect English
- Resend products to customers when needed
- Keep our helpdesk updated. Each week or month, you will be updating the FAQs or questions asked from the week that are worthy of including in the guide database. This will generally be around specific products, technical details and questions we did not address prior.
- Collect Customer Feedback and Testimonials
- Delegate
- Sort through Junkmail and Vendors
- Respond to all customer inquiries quickly and accurately (within 12 hours)
- Collect Testimonials
- Respond to Negative Ratings
- Answer
- Tag All Tickets & Chats for future copy.

- Incredibly organized
- Experience using Helpscout
- Experience doing customer service for E-Commerce
- Great with people
- Communicate with Asana and Slack
- Familiar with HelpScout
- Monthly Training (Must Take Notes and Suggest Ideas How to Use Information)
- Attend Weekly Zoo
