Data Entry and Email Marketing

I would like to tell you a little about what you would be doing each day.

Each 3 person team has:
1. USA based sales Representative.
2. USA based sales Manager.
3. Philippine based Email and Data Entry Associate. (This is Your position)

Compensation
This is a full-time Job which equals 40 hours a ---------- ristmas Bonus = 1 month pay as a Christmas Bonus
Starting Pay = $400USD per month
New Client Bonus = You can earn an additional Team Bonus of $200USD that will be paid to you for each Lead that the Team converts to a new PALCO Supply Client.

Job Description
Our sales team needs help finding new clients online. You will receive guidance and direction on how to find our target client online. You will need to add their name to our Database which is a Google Spreadsheet that you can access online.

After you find a potential client, you will send them an email that we will create for you.
If they respond, you will then notify your USA based sales Representative and they will take it from there.
The average Data Entry Associate sends 25-50 emails a day and converts 1-2 cold leads to warm leads each day for the team. For each Lead that results in a new Client, you will receive $200USD in addition to your regular pay.

Skills you will need and Things you must have
A computer with good internet connection and electricity.
A Skype account - This is how you will communicate with your team.
Fluent in English - Mostly just written.
Good at Excel and Google Spreadsheets.
Good at looking up names of Directors of Parks and Recreation on the Website of USA Cities
Good at internet research and finding contact information of Department heads..
Working knowledge of Email Marketing and Date Entry.
