Fitness Social media

Looking for a VA - Content Creator for our Fitness gym primarily focused on Social Media + Email Marketing (automated + campaign focused).

This position requires strong copywriting, graphics, and strategic planning skills! . Someone who can speak about both the joys of working out AND the physical benefits — supporting our end goal of selling more memberships. .

Social Media platforms: Facebook + Instagram (posts, stories and reels). This position should be someone who can help us execute content "trends" as they come up, including meme and reel content (can tap into the rest of our team for execution). Includes both organic and paid social.



Email marketing: we just switched from Mailchimp to BrandBot. Must have some familiarity with Mailchimp or similar platform, but will provide training on BrandBot (new for our industry).

Google Sheets, Google Docs & Google Drive for planning
Trello
Photoshop, Canva or other content creation apps
Repurpose content across social media channels & email marketing
Engage on behalf of the client within FB and IG communities

*Bonus points if you have experience updating Squarespace websites.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in content creator role (social/email/design)
A passionate self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
Experience in copywriting, design and graphics
Solid working knowledge of all key social platforms and best practices
Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
Experience in content publishing and engagement
Experience in reporting and tracking campaign results
Experience in repurposing content with a fun & conversational writing style

*Bonus: Experience with start-ups or other boutique fitness studios and/or fitness brands.
