FB ADS MANAGER

Need a Facebook expert to work out how to fix our account. It's more than Facebook ads. Basically, we need to 'reset' our Facebook and Instagram account because someone has manager access and we cant find them (it was an advertising agency that went out of business). I need someone to evaluate the situation, gauge what we need to do/not do, understand what we can save, and then plan forward.
And because Facebook is connected to Instagram both are tied together.
