What you will do
We are looking for an Operations Specialist to expertly handle the complexities of a rapidly expanding business. You’ll be directly working with the CO level team to perform a variety of administrative tasks to keep the wheels turning at Seller Candy.

To rock this role you will be hyper organized, amazing at task and time management and very driven and self motivated. You will heavily contribute to the overall success of Seller Candy by ensuring no details are missed.

Primary objectives
1. Provide administrative support to the leadership team, primarily the CDO
2. Preparation of regularly scheduled reports
3.Creating and updating dashboards to display report information
4. Oversee onboarding of new clients
5. Oversee onboarding and training of new operations tea ---------- mbers
6. Project management assistance for the CDO
7. Writing / managing the writing of, updating and maintaining SOP documentation

You will also do a wide variety of other tasks as needed in this exciting and fast growing company.

What you need
1. Highly skilled in Google Sheets / Excel
2. Technical Writing skills for SOP and training documentation
3. Overall tech savviness
4. Very task oriented
5. Outstanding organizational and time management skills
6. Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
7. More than 1 year working experience as Operations Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
8. High level of English especially for reading
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills
