JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Technical Support Agent to join our fun and dynamic team.

We do that by providing our users with all the tools they need to get started with their online business today. Funnel builder, membership site builder, email marketing, and more!

We are looking for YOU
- Somebody who wants to join our mission
- Detail-oriented
- Takes responsibility for his/her tasks and actions
- Somebody who likes to take initiative
- Adheres to deadlines
- Competitive (we have a company-wide leaderboard and winners get extras!)

If you have:
• Excellent Command of the English Language (both Oral and Written)
• A team player but can also work with minimal supervision
• Prior support desk or customer support experience
• Knowledgeable in HTML and WordPress
• Knowledge of DKIM SPF, SMTP servers IP delisting
• Other Technical Skills (Adobe Photoshop, autoresponders, Bootstrap etc..)
• Familiarity with funnels, autoresponders, webinars, and membership courses
• Knowledgeable in internet marketing
• Drive to succeed and grow with the company

• We understand that sometimes you may have to work overtime and make sure you are paid for the extra hours you rendered.
• Eligible for night shift + weekend support helps (one weekend - Saturday/Sunday)

We do provide extensive training but have found that a good technical base is necessary.
