Technical Lead - In Taguig Office

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead our dev team through the Agile development process.

You will be working in our BGC office, Taguig, Manila. Sorry not interested in remote applicants.

Requirements

Technical

5 years+ of professional experience in PHP and Laravel.
Extensive experience in developing high quality code and applications.
Experience working with payment gateways i.e Stripe, etc.
Experience in testing automations (Unit and e2e Testing).
Knowledgeable in Docker is a plus.
Experience in AWS, Microservices application is a plus.
Experience in Git Branching
Proficient in Agile Development.
Having a global view of projects.

Management

Extensive experience in leading a team of 5+ developers.
Extensive experience delivering technical projects successfully and on time.
Extensive experience in managing the alignment of a project's technical direction.
Extensive experience establishing and coordinating tasks for developers. (We use Jira Kanban Boards)
Experience managing backlog priority and estimating project ---------- municate with management to understand their business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with technical, marketing, design and sales teams.
Excellent verbal and written English communication ---------- tails

Location: In our BGC Office
Work week: Monday - Friday
Hours: 10am - 7pm (one hour unpaid break)

Compensation
