Social Media Manager (TikTok)

Hello,
I am looking. for someone to help me build brand awareness by using social media platforms, especially TikTok.
ideal candidate is someone that is passionate about building an audience, creating content, experience with graphic design, knows how to edit videos, eager to learn, grow with me, and very organized to details.


Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and maintain regular posting schedule of content and editorial pieces across social media accounts.
- Develop dynamic content for posting on all designated social media outlets. Create and write copy for posts.
- Track social media influence measurements.
- Make daily recommendations to, and work closely with me.
- Brainstorm new ideas and plan rollout strategies for testing with the audience development
- Develop strategies to increase the following and engagement for social media accounts

Required

Experience with video editing/Graphic design
Minimum of one-year experience with social media or digital marketing
Knowledge of social networking platforms including, but not limited to: Facebook,

Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, etc.

Superior and persuasive communication skills, including the ability to proofread
Possess a balance of creativity with good analytical skills.

Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism
