Job Responsibilities
A. SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT
• Analyze, develop and implement various software applications and programs to improve the company’s business process
• Maintain the company’s business systems, ensuring availability, security and reliability of all programs and systems.
• Create database-driven reports needed to support operations or management decisions
• Conduct end-user training on various software applications and programs
• Install software patches and upgrades to ensure that all workstations have proper and latest licensed version installed
• Assist users in any software, hardware or network-related problems.
B. HARDWARE MANAGEMENT
• Perform hardware and software audits to keep track of IT assets
• Ensure IT Support (Hardware and Software) and all network components are 99.9% working and are virus-free
• Ensure that all workstations contain updated antivirus definitions.
Job Requirements
• You have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Management, Computer Science or its equivalent from a reputable University/College;
• At least two (2) years of significant experience in a supervisory capacity handling IT supervisory functions such as systems programming, computer and business applications, program development and administration, and website design from a manufacturing, service or retail industry.
• Must have experience using VB.net and MySQL.
• Good scholastic record from a reputable University/College.
• With excellent communication and math skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
