Facebook Community Manager (FB Specialist)

**Description**
I'm looking for a full-time Facebook group manager. (OK if no experience)

I have a SUPER active group of software, tech, and marketing enthusiasts of over 1,000+ posts, 30,000+ comments every month.

Apart from group moderation and group administration work...

You will come up with creative posts to engage the audience.

That means things like ---------- s, thoughtful questions, polls and etc with simple design.

To be able to engage meaningfully with the audience, you'll need to learn the group culture and everything about software lifetime deals.

You will also be required to learn different softwares from time to time either by watching demo videos or testing them yourself.

Don't worry if you have no experience. We'll coach you on the job. The most important thing is that you feel excited about what I've described above.

You must also enjoy interacting with different kinds of people in a FUN manner.

We'll continue to guide and teach you more topics about software, design, copywriting, and digital marketing so you can contribute to the growth of the group and company.

We're not looking for a robot who just follows instructions. But someone who is CREATIVE and is willing to EXPERIMENT ideas and be proud of their work.

You will also be tasked with administrative work from time to time and help out other tea ---------- mbers when needed.

**Requirement**
" Cheerful, bubbly, & positive mindset.

" Good internet connection & good backup plan if it fails.
" People with no experience in managing a group are welcome to apply (right mindset is the most important)

**Pay rates**
" Will compensate based on the value you ---------- petitive rates.
" Pay will increase as you grow with the company.
" 40 hours work week
