Data Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:
Good understanding of Database Architecture concepts, Metadata concepts and ETL and willing to be trained.
Experience in writing definitions of tables, entities, files, columns, attributes and fields.
Conduct data profiling to assess data and identify gaps and deficiencies.

Job Description:

Data Quality Management (DQM) Process/Methodology

Assist in the development of data quality management process guidelines and procedures and in making sure that data standards and quality measures are adhered to.
Analyze the implementation of the process and conducts research on the best practices of data quality management, and recommends changes or improvements.
Monitor compliance of projects and other necessary stakeholders in meeting the policies and standards for data requirements and reports status.
Data Quality KPIs Management

Provide research and information on the common standards and measure for data quality
Recommend data quality KPIs and metrics.
Coordinate with Business Data Stewards to develop, store and maintain Data Quality Rules.
Monitor and report the company’s data quality performance through the creation and maintenance of Data Quality Score Cards
Cross functional/Enterprise Data Issues Resolution

Facilitate discussion for analysis and resolution of enterprise data quality issues
Recommend solutions and best practices to the working team and the Manager.
Ensure documentation of actions, steps, and approves resolutions and monitors implementation.
Report improvements and/or issues encountered in the implementation.
Data Quality Awareness and Consultancy

Review existing documentations and research on industry best practices for consultations and inquiries regarding data quality.
Conduct trainings and orientations with the involved data roles, data quality project teams, and the enterprise on the principles, methods, and tools for the implementation of the process.
Recommend Policy Changes to ensure continuous improvement of Enterprise Data Quality
Data and Metadata Analysis
