Tasks include:
Design social media posts - graphic, photographic, and video content
Create illustrations/icons/designs
Plan posts and manage social media postings
Bonus: research & writing

Responsibilities:
Create media calendars
Prepare posts

You will be working alongside a team but You're going to be the key person responsible for:
Planning media calendar
Creating content
Reviewing content with the team and getting feedback and approval before posting
Posting content on schedule

Why Non-Profit Organizations have more challenges to sustain their existence than charities?
Both NPOs and charities have to maintain their sustainability to achieve their goals in serving society. So, they need to generate revenues to cover their operation costs and pay their employees’ ---------- arities can accept all kinds of income sources. The private foundations generate their funds from one significant source while the public ones receive the public support and generate revenues from many sources. However, NPOs rely so much on charitable contributions, funds, memberships, and services fees. But, why do NPOs face more challenges than charities when generating revenues?
One challenge that NPOs face is the taxes on their profits where they don’t receive tax credits unless meeting certain requirements, unlike charities. Also, NPOs face difficulties making good investments or building a financial reserve because they use the received funds to cover the services delivery or activities implementation’s costs. Such costs are insufficiently and not fully supported by funders. As a result, they lose chances of investment in their infrastructure and performance which make them less flexible and more prone to collapse during hard times.
