Job Responsibilities

> Outsource products and suppliers that meet the best pricing, turn around and other agreements to fit the company standard and needs.
> Managing and monitoring company documents, products, and equipment.
> Merchandise Order tracking and monitoring.
> Provide organizational and scheduling structure and support.
> Analyze and arrange local staffing(Gym personnel), schedule and locations capacity to maintain and keep the program well organized.
> Communicating with local staff(Gym Personnel) to check their assigned schedule and availability for class sessions and coverage needs.

Qualifications:

> A similar business-related course
> Experience in product sourcing
> Experienced in customer service
> Experienced in technical and administrative duties
> Strong strategic and negotiation skills
> Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
> Has keen attention to detail
> Proficiency in English with good written and verbal communication skills
> Experience in graphic designs (Adobe Apps, Canva, or other editing apps)
> Ability to work on graveyard shift from 9 AM - 3 PM PST(LA Time) and can start IMMEDIATELY
> At least 6 months working remotely
