Senior Accountant—Job Description

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
>> Solid knowledge of Accounting Principles with a minimum of 3 years of prior hands-on experience.
>> Prior CPA firm experience preferred.
>> Must be a licensed CPA in Phillippines.
>> Need to have a certification of English C2(Advanced/Mastery) language knowledge test (TOEFL or similar, if English is not 1st language.) AND/OR demonstrate excellent handle of US English, including usage, pronunciation, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
>> Intermediate knowledge of Cash Forecasting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis with 1-2 years of prior hands-on experience.
>> Must demonstrate an ability to critically analyze complex accounting and business process scenarios and formulate a solution plan.
>> Must be able to clearly communicate complex accounting topics to teammates and clients in both spoken and written US English.
>> Must be very organized and have hands-on experience putting together professional presentations/documentation, financial reporting, and documenting SOPs.
>> Must be able to self-manage and timely deliver results on schedule for the assigned workload and projects, with minimal supervision.
>> Must be available remotely online during the 8am to 5pm US PST Monday - Friday. (No exceptions.)
>> Must be tech-savvy with online collaboration, accounting, and other business SaaS applications. ( ---------- rome browser, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Slack, Click-Up, Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
>> Must have uninterrupted access to the high-speed internet and a dedicated and functioning PC workstation with webcam and microphone for regular online video communication.
>> Selected candidate will be required to successfully pass a full background check.
>> Selected candidate will be required to demonstrate the required skills and experience during the paid probation period of 60 days.
