FBA Virtual Assistant

Qualifications:

Experienced in E-commerce, online marketing, or equivalent
Must have knowledge on Ebay and Walmart stores
Experienced in customer service (inbound and outbound) is required
Skilled at PPC optimization techniques, Amazon algorithm, keyword research
Experience in running an Ecommerce store is required
Experience with product listings, data feeds and web analytics is strongly preferred.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Background in Sales and Marketing is a must
Has the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Able to create, analyze, and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others.
The ability to take initiative and work independently as well as seek direction
Should have an understanding of the client's business, target audience, and culture.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
Should be detail-oriented, adaptive and has a positive demeanor

Job Summary:

Create, manage new listings on Amazon FBA including planning and creating paid search campaigns
Analyze, monitor and report account’s performance metrics, sales, competitive listings and pricing
Process orders and replenish inventory listing
Deliver excellent customer service and review customer feedback
Research market trend and competition including logistics and pricing
Identify and resolve sales performance issues and accounting/finance issues
Increase listing visibility and traffic through appropriate tools and ---------- velop and apply strategies on Amazon FBA
Support Amazon initiatives including but not limited to: creating FBA orders, managing customer feedback, merchandising, display advertising and search marketing campaigns with AMG/AMS programs
