Searching for an employee with extensive knowledge in US credit Repair.

Looking for someone who understands laws and technicalities of credit repair. A person who is analytical and can search for errors in a credit repair and create dispute letters that are dedicated towards the clients situation. We are not looking for generic copy and paste dispute letters.

Our company does not just send out dispute letters to the credit bureaus, we also send to original creditors.

Below is a list of skills required for the position


Extensive knowledge of the credit bureaus such as;
Equifax
Transunion
Experian
Innovis
Tele Chex
Check Systems

Clear understanding of US credit law such as;
FCRA
Fact Act
FDCPA
CFPB
HIPPA
Repossession Laws
Foreclosure laws

Types of dispute letters include
Credit Bureau initial dispute
Follow up dispute after 30 days of no response
Demand Removal letter
Debt Validation letter to Collection Agency
Good will letters
Original Creditor dispute letter
Pay for negative item removal letter
File a complaint with CFPB
Content frivolous accusations from credit bureau
Inquiry disputes
Intent to sue
Complaint to the Attorney general
Hippa dispute to Medical collection agency
Auto repo dispute letters.

You will also be tasked with creating an organized system to track and manage all our clients confidential information.
