Social Media and Content Manager (with graphic design and FB ads skills)

Baie Botanique is a natural and organic skincare company based in the UK.

We are looking for a very precise, highly efficient, and detail-oriented person to join our fast-paced team.

Working hours are 9am to 6pm UK time (4/5pm - 1/2am PH time) and you will be expected to be working during these hours.


Tasks
- Responsible for brand content and copy (email, web, print)
- Responsible for brand image/graphics (email, web, print)
- Responsible for design and scheduling of all social media
- Responsible for managing marketing partner activities (affiliate)
- Weekly reporting & meetings
- Managing Influencer outreach
- Other marketing-related tasks as appropriate

Skills required
- At least 2 years experience in social media management
- Good graphic design skills
- Experience running Facebook ads
- Excellent English conversational and written skills
- Able to create web pages on a page builder such as Pagefly

- Able to work under pressure
- A fast thinker
- Able to quickly come up with solutions to issues
- Tech-savvy in order to navigate multiple online platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and associated apps
