Virtual Assistant/GVA (FULL-TIME)

We are currently looking for a VA to assist our growing team. We want a smart person who can work with less supervision and can handle complex conversations in English. You must be able to speak in a professional, empathetic, and convincing way. You must be able to also think quickly on your feet to resolve customer queries.

About us:
Dreambound creates upward mobility for American job seekers and simplifies hiring for employers. Right now, we're helping job seekers attend 3-14 week classes to become certified nursing assistants (CNAs), financing their tuition and placing them with employers immediately upon completion. For many, Dreambound represents a new lifeline to economic stability and a better chance at a fulfilling career.

We raised a seed round from Union Square Ventures, Collaborative Fund, 8VC, Moxxie, RocNation, and former leaders from Affirm, General Assembly, Twitter, and companies in education & media. We're well-funded and ready to improve upward mobility and the health care labor supply in America.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and live chat
- Database management
- Outbound/Inbound calls (You might do this in the future)
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- No other commitments/work/gigs (This is a FULL-TIME role)
- Complete mastery of English (Communication and writing skills) | Neutral accent
- Ability to cope with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Ability to multitask, fast learner, and problem solver
- Internet speed (At least 10 mbps and up)
- Computer speed (at least i3 processor)
- Time zone flexibility (Open to work evenings)
- WFH set up (Dedicated quiet space)
- Fast typing speed (minimum 48 wpm)

- With 6 months probationary period
- Starting salary of $400/month
- 13th-month pay (prorated)
- Increase of salary after probationary period
- Paid off during US holidays
- PhilHealth, SSS, and Pag-Ibig monthly contributions may be given after the probationary period
