Customer support manager with Photoshop experience

We are looking for a customer support manager to provide support to our e-commerce business, performing various tasks, including answering customer emails and working with our designers.

The ideal candidate is someone who is very organized, pays attention to detail, and can work under tight ---------- ndidate must be fluent in English both written and verbally. Ecommerce experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
Provide customer service as first point of contact (Social, Email)
Work with designers daily to make sure product meets requirements
Tweak images using Photopea / Photoshop (Photoshop experience is crucial)
Communicate with customers daily
Manage order process with our printing company of designs ready to be sent to customers, including updating fulfillment information once orders are dispatched
Manage Shopify order status
Capable of running autonomously without hand holding
Prepare custom spreadsheets and keep records of daily activities & all invoices

Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
Experience with spreadsheets
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organisational skills
Some design experience (e.g. Photoshop, Canva)
High attention to detail
Familiarity with CMS technologies such as Shopify
Proven experience in customer service
