For almost 10 years (Since 2011), Kangie has been running the core business by herself - from teaching, administration, accounting & planning to advertising, marketing, website administration, videos, ---------- is time for Kangie’s empire to start. Kangie has lots of ideas and her first step is to find TWO capable personal assistants - A "left-hand man" and a "right-hand man"). Kangie started building her team in March of 2021 and was lucky to have found her "left-hand man" in that very same month. She is now looking for her second Personal Assistant, her "right-hand man". Below are Kangie's words.

As you see, I already have my first personal assistant to handle the administrative tasks and she has been a great help to me and my company. So, the next personal assistant I am hiring now is supposed to be a “teaching assistant”. And in other words, this person MUST be very good with Mathematics.

I have HIGH EXPECTATIONS of this person because he/she is going to be my “right-hand man” and is going to help me ease/assist the teaching-related workload that I have so that I can focus on tasks/work that will generate revenue for the business. This person must be able to assist me in teaching, able to plan lessons with me, able to do anything that is related to Math.

Most importantly is that this person has to COMMIT to the following timings and he/she must be doing this FULL TIME for the company.


[THE WORKING HOURS]

Monday and Friday - OFF
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 12pm - 9pm (Break Time: 3pm ~ 4pm)
Saturday and Sunday - 9am - 6pm (Lunch Time: 1pm ~ 2pm)

I am NOT paying a lot for this person now as I am building my team and this is a PIONEER ---------- means that we have to do a lot on our own. He/she must be an all-rounded person (knowing more than just Math), willing to learn, willing to do more.

But trust me. When we are able to grow to where we want to be, I will definitely pay what he/she deserves. And we will have yearly performance bonuses pegged to his/her performance at ---------- short, I will not shortchange my tea ---------- mbers if they are GEMS to me.

I need someone who believes in me and my company, and to be willing to grow with me and the team. This person eventually has to be part of the senior team to groom new tea ---------- mbers. So he/she has to be prepared to lead others in future. This person also needs to have the same values and believe in the company’s mission and vision.
