JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for an enthusiastic sales person to join the team. If you have a minimum 2 years phone sales experience. Excellent communication skills and are looking for a role where you can learn and grow then look no further!

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have an excellent training programme and will guide you step by step through the role. Our clients are typically in the commercial, NDIS and Aged care space and we offer cleaning services to suit their needs.Generally your role will be as follows:

• Check tasks and actions for the day
• Connect to linked in connections (circa 100)
• Make cold and Warm calls
• Manage emails
• Monitor communications between clients and workers
• Co-ordinate job bookings, complete administration
• Set up for the next day

Requirements & Qualifications:

We want you to grow with our company, you must be willing to learn scripts, understand the services we provide and take the initiative to learn on your own. Bonus structure will vary based on your call campaigns, also as you grow with our company your base pay will adjust.

• Must have two years work from home experience
• Must have a minimum one year sales experience demonstrating achievement of target
• Prefer knowledge of Zoho crm
• Good Internet speed, own a computer, and a noise cancelling headset.
• MUST have Fluent English. Voice Recording will be required
• Able to handle scripts and objections effectively.
• Work from home ONLY, No Internet Cafes. Background noise to represent office environment.
• No family or animal noises in background.
• Daily communication with manager.
