We are an Australian Digital Marketing Agency seeking a rockstar Virtual Assistant to join our team and help with our Agency's Growth. Your duties will be to assist our director with day to day operations, delegating & scheduling tasks and communicating with our existing team.

Experience with ClickUp and GoHighLevel will be highly regarded

Requirements
- Fluent written and verbal English with Australian spelling
- minimum 1 year working with Digital Marketing agencies
- Available during Australian Business hours (Monday to Friday)

Desired Skills
- Advanced knowledge of ClickUp including setup, implementation and training.
- Advanced knowledge of GoHighLevel including day to day usage, setup and implementation

Responsibilities:
- Day to day Virtual Assistant support to our Team
- Delegation of tasks and help oversee team performance
- Assistance with operational processes & help to improve efficiency in operations
- support tea ---------- mbers to meet performance goals
