SEO Specialist - Full-Time Position (Work From Home, Manila Time)

Nordic Quality is a fantastic, up-and-coming, online-based company that sells physical products under several of its own brands, the most prominent of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an SEO Specialist who has experience developing and executing successful SEO campaigns and is awesome like us. You will work full-time for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PHT (with an hour-long lunch break in between). You must have the following qualifications:

- One to three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Familiarity with Shopify or other content management systems
- Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion
- Process-driven individual
- A++ writing skills
- Stable Internet connection (Having a backup is a plus!)
- A reliable laptop (Having a backup is a plus!)
- Headphones/earphones (For meetings)

A plus:
- Experience with tools such as Hunter, Scrapebox, and AHREFs, as well as creative writing skills
(This is not a major requirement as long as you're willing to be trained.)


What would the tasks be?
- Develop optimization and search engine optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
- Research different SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website, product descriptions, and marketing materials
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
- Creating statistical analysis on various areas for improvements
- Work closely with content creators in creating different types of content
- Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
- Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
- Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
- Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings
- Create procedures and update workflow process as needed
