CAPITOL STANDARD is fueling career growth, and redefining the standards of success for millennial professionals everywhere.

We're looking for exceptional writers or copywriters to conduct keyword research and write well researched and well-written articles and publish to ---------- . This is a lifestyle website that is based in Washington, DC and writes content on money, career, branding, wellbeing, and long-form city guides.

Experience writing articles with affiliate links a plus. Writer is also responsible for publishing content directly to the site, so experience using Wordpress is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly keyword research and/or generate story ideas relevant to audience and emerging trends
- Write 6 articles based on research that matches brand voice and style per month
- Include internal and high-quality external links
- Add affiliate links
- Select brand appropriate visuals from stock photography resources
- Schedule and publish content using Wordpress

Experience with blogging, content strategy, keyword research and Wordpress strongly preferred but training will be provided. Please provide samples of your work, preferably on the topics we specialize in (lifestyle) so that we can assess your work. We look forward to building a great working relationship with you!
