JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a virtual assistant for and event space. Need to have great customer service skills as well as some knowledge about the event planning industry

Send out contracts and invoices
Run errands
Answer phones
Create content and Post on all social media platforms
Cold Call all leads back via eventective Yelp google, ---------- eck emails
Schedule and set up tours

*Respond to emails and phone calls
*Social media management
*Schedule meetings
*Book travel and accommodations
*Manage a contact list
*Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
*Organize managers’ calendars
*Perform research
*Create presentations, as assigned
*Address administrative queries
*Provide customer service as first point of contact
*Posting to social media accounts
*Video editing
*keyword research
*Creating prospect and client list
*and other own Company / Personal Errand

Follow up/ w clients
CALL ALL LOCAL HOTELS catering manager and introduce to get business
Call every funeral home in the area and let them know you want to pay them for every person they send
Partner with schools prom send offs
Call daycares for graduations


Must have great customer service experience as well as sales experience. Commission will be paid with every package that is sold
