Home based Sales Manager

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in the HR industry (outsourcing or BPO even better).
- 4-5 experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to write professional English
- Bachelor's degree
- Analytical, makes decisions based data, able to extract trends and patterns from raw data
- Ability to make good judgments by weighing advantages & disadvantages
- Goal-oriented, motivated to achieve targets by the deadline
- Takes initiative, a self-starter that can worth with minimal direction
